As the Vertalo platform evolves, certain operations may change. In order to maintain backward compatability, these legacy operations (and the API call(s) associated with them) will remain in place for a period of time to be determined by Vertalo, and then deprecated. Prior to deprecation, those currently relying on these operations should use the following migration strategy:
- Update your code to the newer version of the operation.
- Deploy and test your updated code (in the your testing environment) using your Vertalo sandbox API keys, carefully verifying the updated operations using the Vertalo sandbox portal where appropriate.
- Deploy your updated code to your production environment.
Please speak to your Customer Success representative if you have any questions.
IMPORTANT: Current users of legacy operations will be notified by Vertalo in advance of their deprecation.
IMPORTANT: If you are a new user of the Vertalo API, do not implement legacy operations as you will not be notified of their deprecation, and your implementation will break.
